1. Eligibility to Sell
- Sellers must be at least 16 years old.
- A valid ID and bank account details must be provided during registration.
2. Store Management
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and stock availability.
- Monthly fees must be paid before the 5th of each month to avoid account suspension.
3. Prohibited Items
- Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
- Sellers must adhere to local laws regarding product sales.
4. Order Fulfillment
- Sellers must ensure timely dispatch of products as per agreed timelines.
- In case of delays, customers must be informed proactively.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Sellers must have a clear return and refund policy outlined on their store page.
- Refunds for defective or damaged items must be processed promptly.
6. Payments
- MERAIZE will release payments to sellers within 7 business days of successful order delivery.
- Payment disputes must be reported within 3 business days.
7. Compliance with Policies
- Sellers are required to adhere to all MERAIZE policies, including customer data protection and ethical business practices.
- Violations may result in warnings, penalties, or account termination.
