  • Sellers must ensure timely dispatch of products as per agreed timelines.
  • In case of delays, customers must be informed proactively.

  • Sellers must have a clear return and refund policy outlined on their store page.
  • Refunds for defective or damaged items must be processed promptly.

6. Payments

  • MERAIZE will release payments to sellers within 7 business days of successful order delivery.
  • Payment disputes must be reported within 3 business days.

7. Compliance with Policies

  • Sellers are required to adhere to all MERAIZE policies, including customer data protection and ethical business practices.
  • Violations may result in warnings, penalties, or account termination.
