Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The product is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

    • Log in to your MERAIZE account.
    • Navigate to the "Orders" section and select the item you wish to return.
    • Provide a clear reason for the return and upload any supporting images if applicable.
  2. Approval and Pickup:

    • Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or ask you to drop off the item at a designated location.
  3. Refund or Replacement:

    • After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 7-10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed to your registered bank account or digital wallet.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • MERAIZE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
